Weight Loss Roadblocks

One) Sugary drinks: Sodas, juices & sugars in your preferred beverages can hurt your weightloss results.  Instead, look to water.  Ensure you keep the body of yours hydrated & drink your eight glasses a day.  If you can get dehydrated, especially when you are operating out, your body will likely hold water in places you would prefer to it NOT!

2) Being TOO stringent with the diet of yours: Small indulgences every once in a while are a great thing. Just a little incentive here and there can go a long way in helping your weightloss efforts.  Just look out for frequency and quantity.  

3)Not watching food portion sizes: One way that is great to see meal portion sizes is purchasing the “one serving” 100 calorie packages.  This way, you are not mindlessly snacking away on food.

Four) Skipping breakfast is a “no no”: Never skip all of this important meal of the day.  Doing so will significantly increase obesity risks.  Breakfast sets the tone for the day and helps to keep metabolic rate chugging along.

Five) Not getting a sufficient amount of sleep: You’d be amazed what number of people do not have their 8 hours of rest each night.  Also, be sure to allow your muscle groups to rest 24 to 48 hours before working it out again.  Give yourself a couple of days away from weekly from the gym.  Noone has to workout 7 days a week being and remain in excellent shape!
