The Advocate in Heaven: God Is at the Right Hand of God Praying to Himself on Our Behalf

In the first installment we discovered we have to be doers of God’s Word rather than just hearers; quite simply, we must know very well what the Word of God says about a matter and do exactly what it says to perform. The second key we dedicated to was faith. We found that it really is impossible to thrill God without faith. We also learned that faith comes by hearing God’s Word over a matter, and of course, oración salve after hearing that word you must choose to make a change.

The third and final key concerns our words. That’s right, our words. Words mean something; they may be alive. As Christians, we’ve got to understand what the Bible says concerning words to understand the need for these phones God. Proverbs 18:21 declares death and life to stay the power of our tongues. Again in Proverbs 12:14 we’ve witness to the potency of our words, “A man shall be pleased with good with the fruit of his mouth.” This Scripture is declaring that people are experiencing nutrients by our words. Let’s look at that principle once more inside very next chapter of Proverbs; chapter 13, verse two: “A man shall eat good by the fruit of his mouth.”

I know that due to the current tough economy lots of people are experiencing despair and loss, therefore they many not feel blessed right now. I am suffering my own, personal personal realities in addition to most people in this country are. I would just like to convey responding that even if you awoke this morning in horrid conditions, homeless, being in poor health, unemployed and a host of other concerns you and I should still provide a gratitude prayer. Why? Each morning that individuals are blessed to wake up we are given the opportunity to correct the ills of the day before. If we are homeless, but with goals as well as a plan we can work at a good home. If we are unemployed, but with goals and a plan we can find the proper work with us. And on and on we can affect the conditions of our own life.

Now, we have to not too much on Peter, because Jesus does explain, “You know what it’s all about later.” Peter was objecting as they didn’t fully understand. No way did Peter want Jesus Christ to wash his feet, and Jesus has to say, “Unless I wash you, you’ll have no part with me”. Unless I wash you, you could have no part on this ministry.

A couple of years ago, I set a whole new personal record in the spiritual apathy department. I accepted a substantial, technical Macedonian translation from the British agency. The unrealistically tight deadline caused it to be needed for me to sub-contract almost all of it out, and thus I spent the maximum amount of time proofreading and revising as I would have spent translating it myself. The agency kept sending revisions to my revisions, questioning both legitimate changes and errors I had missed. For eleven days, I averaged four hours of sleep per night as I attempted to conform to their every whim.
