5 Components of Physical Fitness
While the definition of health and fitness is able to be a bit complex or unclear and the definition of physical fitness can vary, nearly all federal health agencies and training scientists agree there are five components of physical fitness regarding health. These components present a relatively accurate representation of how healthy the body can be as a complete (overall or total fitness). The 5 components are aerobic health (also known as cardio respiratory stamina or aerobic endurance), flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and body structure.
Let’s take a closer look at these parts separately.
1.) Cardiovascular physical fitness (or cardio-respiratory endurance or cardiovascular endurance)
Of the five components, cardiovascular health is the cornerstone that creates the pathway to improving the other fitness levels of yours.
Cardiovascular fitness will be the performance with that the body (the heart as well as lungs) delivers nutrients and oxygen to the required working muscles and transports waste products from the cells over a sustained period. Or in order to put it one other way, it’s the capacity of your heart and lungs to work together to provide the necessary oxygen and gas to the body of yours without rapidly reaching a high level of tiredness and fatigue.
In our daily trim life keto pills, we require aerobic health to handle the actual physical tasks and many of the “running around” we do.
A typical test of cardiovascular fitness usually involves some kind of sustained running. But typical examples of physical activities that relate to cardiovascular health are jogging, cycling, swimming, brisk or speed walking and any kind of cardio workouts. Aerobic exercise will be the best way to enhance cardiovascular fitness.
2.) Muscular strength
