Supplement Scams for Weight Loss

Diet pills are a joke. There aren’t any weight loss supplements around that enable you to shed weight, burn fat, or perhaps tone your body.

Lately, my #1 client hit me with an email asking, “What do you imagine of a product called _____?” (Name removed to protect the useless!)

At this point _____ is a favorite “fat burner”, but please let me explain, I do not think excessive of it (or some fat loss burner product, for that matter).

Nearly every weight burner available on the market is a glorified caffeine tablet. And there really is not one product or service on the market with a well-done, scientific study supporting it’s use.

As I told my customer, “You know the secrets, bro: Work which is hard, done consistently, along with proper nutrition. That is what is needed to get the body you want” (which he’s too, going from 210 along with 20 % body fat to 175 and single-digit excess fat, all while arriving at his main level of fitness ever).

Again to supplements…I’m not confident that there is a single ingredient available that is going to have a major impact on your weight loss. Whether it is caffeine, calcium, pyruvate, chitosan, forskolin, HCA, or perhaps the beloved Green Tea of mine as well as fish oils, I do not think you’ll lose any excess fat in case you make use of these items (although Green tea extract, calcium & fish oils are able to have a big impact on much better health).

So it is keto burn dangerous (this post) time to expose another misconception – the misconception that a supplement or ingredient can enable you to burn up more fat and calories and enable you to get the body of the dreams of yours. This is simply not going to take place.

Buyer beware, I say. Or buyer be prepared, that’s much better. Get to know the reality about these items and regardless of whether they will do the things they say, or just burn up a hole in your wallet.
