I receive many letters from women who stay at their houses looking after kids. They want to look great, become fit and ask me how to achieve this. A number of years ago I’d one day job that took almost all of my time and use every free or maybe not free second to make exercises. There are various exercises that could be achieved while you’re cooking, watching or ironing TV. I call this exercise “Passive” since it requires just tightening up of some muscles.
Probably the most bothersome female spots are butt, hips and abs. How to tighten them up?
Imagine you’re upright and ironing clothes. Begin tightens up your butt, flex butt muscles, hold for 2 3 seconds and relax. Make twenty reps.
Hip exercise
Remain upright. Tighten up legs and butt, you must think you lower body as a strong wall. Now lift left leg on the left side, return leg on the floor & raise right leg to the right side. Alternative legs and pre workout supplement contents (related internet page) make twenty reps. You have to feel tension in the left of yours and right hips.
Abs exercise
In sitting position-for example while you are watching tv or sitting in front of the pc. Lift the knees of yours up for the ceiling. You need to feel stress in the lower ab muscles of yours. If this exercise is hard aid yourself with hands – grab the chair and push down hands and lift the knee up. Hands are going to take away some difficulty.
Yet another abs exercise is once again from sitting position. Straight one of the legs and lift up the foot for the ceiling. Again help yourself with hands. When you desire to make exercise tougher – while lifting the feet bend the top body to the legs. In this way you double impact your abs – their lower and upper parts.
