I’m 5ft in height and was a size 4 until I went through menopause at around fifty two, when the lifestyle of mine began changing. I was dedicated and serious to losing weight and regaining the energy and endurance that I’d lost. I started walking 3 miles a day along with the equipment at hand, I lost ten, regained ten. Lost 8, regained 8…on and on. Nothing seemed to be able to work to bring my weight down and then to keep it off. A few times I thought about give up but just knew I needed to feel and look better so I persisted in trying to get the perfect mix. By developing an on going interest for exercise plus nutrition, I just knew that someday with perseverance, I will see those correct answers.
