“No Time” to Workout?
Time. it’s the only one resource that you are able to never make more of and It is among the best home arm workouts (Keep Reading) reasons people give when explaining why they do not exercise.
With responsibilities at your workplace, the needs of a family members, friends that would like some of the time of yours, shopping, car repairs, home repairs, paying the bills…it seems like there is never some time for anything however, the requirements of everyday life.
For many people, the lack of time is quite genuine, while for others it’s a handy justification for not working towards their weight loss goals. “I’m way too busy”, “I don’t have time and energy to workout”, “There’s simply no TIME in the schedule” of mine.
As a father of 2 with a demanding job along with a number of other responsibilities, I have an intense awareness of how precious each minute of the day really is. There’s hardly a free minute in the day of mine. Up at 6AM and asleep around 11:30, my days are jam-packed.
When I was younger (and less educated), I used to invest many hours every week in the gym. 5 times a week, 60-70 minutes 1 day working out. I would follow the regimes I’d find in the bodybuilding magazines I used to read religiously. That’s not possible. Not only is out of the question, although it is not the ideal way to build lean muscle and after that lose weight.
With age comes wisdom (or at least I love to tell myself that!). The approach of mine to weight loss and building lean muscle and specially fat reduction workouts has completely changed.
Allow me to share a few basic ideas which I’ve learned in my years as a fitness instructor and former personal training studio owner that should be helpful to any ultra-busy person that is wanting to lose fat and create lean muscle mass, but has very little time to devote to exercising:
Skip the gym.
