Easy Weight Loss – Fight Fat With Fat!
What if I told you that you can lose some weight while still consuming delicious foods full of fat?
I have struggled almost all my life with abdominal fat. It’s been a lifelong problem because although the rest of my entire body was slim, I’ve had a bit of abdominal fat since kindergarten, when I was chosen to take out a “round robin” poem. I was traumatized in first grade each time a boy called me “Chubby Checkers” (a favorite singer in the 1960s who was somewhat overweight). Even while a raw foodist, I couldn’t get rid of the “apple shape,” or perhaps having a fairly larger belly than hips.
Which is…until I found the key of fighting fat with fat. I have now, at age 53 and after menopause, gotten to my ideal weight for the first time since high school. I could proudly wear designer jeans, and exipure uk (image source) dress like young females. And best of all the, I do not struggle to keep it off. I have learned the strategies of fighting fat with fat.
In the 1980s there was a principle that we could consume all of the carbohydrates we wanted and that these would not be stored as fat. Fat on the body came largely from extra fat in the diet plan, the principle went. And there have been studies to demonstrate this concept, of course. And so the thought was eating as little fat as is possible. While there’s a little truth to that, in that fat in the eating plan can more readily be stored as unwanted fat, individuals who adhered to this particular theory went overboard in under eating essential fats. They suffered from depression, fatigue, PMS, in addition to all types of diseases. Put quite simply, your body needs fat. Next to oxygen and water, fat is the most important component of the body.
We now know we need fat to burn fat. We need the good fats to boost our metabolism. Fats are required to make hormones that burn fat. the brains of ours need extra fat, specifically the kind with DHA, that makes up 60 % of our brains.
Eat Monounsaturated Fats with Every Meal
Studies indicate that monounsaturated fatty acids, called MUFAS, will be the secret to getting rid of abdominal or perhaps belly fat. In The Flat Belly Diet, they show you for breaking up the food of yours into three dishes and one snack, each one 400 calories. Every single meal/snack should have about 100 calories of MUFAS. This might be 2 tablespoons of nuts (macademia nuts are especially loaded with MUFAS), 10-15 olives, 1/3 of an avocado, a tablespoon of acai berry, a tablespoon of olive oil, or perhaps an ounce of milk chocolate.
Eat Plenty of Omega three Fatty Acids
