Chicken With Walnuts as well as Straw Mushrooms

Ingredients:

– 375g (12 oz.) chicken breast fillets, best medicinal mushroom companies – Keep Reading, cut into very thin strips

– 1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder

– two teaspoons cornflour

– 2 tablespoons soy sauce

– two tablespoons oyster sauce

– 2 teaspoons brown sugar

– one teaspoon sesame oil

– oil, for cooking – 75g (2 1/2 oz.) walnuts

– 150g (5 oz.) green beans, chopped

– 425g (fourteen oz.) can easily straw mushrooms, rinsed

– 6 spring onions, sliced – 230g (7 1/2 oz.) is able to sliced bamboo shoots, rinsed

Directions:

1. Dry out the chicken with paper towels or something similar and sprinkle with five spice powder. Next blend the cornflour with the soy sauce in a small bowl until it gets smooth. Add 1/2 cup (125ml/4 fl oz.) water and the oyster sauce, the brown sugar along with the sesame oil.

2. High temperature the wok until it will become incredibly hot and include 1 tablespoon of fossil oil and swirl it around to coat the side. Then stir fry the walnuts for aproximatelly thirty seconds or so, or before becomes lightly browned. Drain on paper towels.

3. Then reheat the wok and add 1 tablespoon of fossil oil as well as stir-fry the chicken in batches over very high temperature for aproximatelly 2 to three minutes or so, and until it’s well cooked through. After that remove the chicken from the wok and set aside.

4. After that, add the snake beans, the straw mushrooms, the spring onions and the bamboo shoots to the wok as well as stir fry them for about two minutes or so. Then remove from the wok and add the soy sauce mixture as well as heat for about one minute or even so, or until it will become slightly thickened. Then return all the vegetables and the chicken into the wok, and toss them very well to coat with the marinade. Season properly and serve at once, sprinkled with the fried walnuts.
