Supplement Scams for Weight Loss
Diet pills can be a joke. There are no weight loss supplements available that enable you to lose weight, burn fat, or maybe tone your body.
Of late, my #1 client hit me with an email asking, “What do you think of a supplement called _____?” (Name removed to safeguard the useless!)
Now _____ is a popular “fat burner”, but I desire to explain, I do not think too much of it (or perhaps some fat loss burner product, for that matter).
Virtually every fat burner on the market is a glorified caffeine tablet. And there actually is not one product on the market with a well done, scientific study supporting it is use.
As I told the customer of mine, “You know the secrets, bro: Work that is hard, done consistently, along with proper nutrition.
