Transitioning From Sugar as well as Carbs – Not merely A Weight Loss Issue!
It’s a fairly regular occurrence in our practice and coaching that someone will ask for help with reducing their carb intake. Usually (but not always) it is because they wish to drop some weight.

1) It’s important to understand what you are dealing with.

It’s not only the Mary Poppins spoonful of sugar. It’s every one of the foods, beverages, along with various components that transform quickly (and also in excess) to glucose. That’s one of the major issues with “carbs”.
