Kevin: You mentioned teeth issues. We actually have not discussed teeth issues with anyone because of this program. And several men and women on a raw diet do experience hot as well as cold sensitivity, and is that the sign of tooth starting to rot? What’s happening there?
Kevin:
Jameth: Yes it can be, and several a raw fooder has experienced dental issues, it is actually the group which has almost all dental problems in my experience, and especially in the years past, because there is far more awareness of that, happens to be raw fooders, which certainly is ironic. The worst dental health I’ve seen is in raw fooders.
Jameth:
Kevin: Whoa.
Kevin:
Jameth: Now when I was mainly a fruitarian, I’d a number of cavities when I was a kid, I believe 4, and as soon as I was mainly fruitarian, the teeth of mine began rotting from my mouth. I got many, most cavities, and that was during which comparable period of athletics when I was eating so much sugar. These days, someone would say, “Well, I am consuming this raw food, important, nutritious, gorgeous fruit,” also I’m not at all an anti fruit person, but by no means do I recommend fruitarianism either.
Jameth:
Kevin: Right.
Kevin:
Jameth: I was consuming more sugar then I was when I was a regular junk food kid at Halloween so forth. A regular person, in case they eat fast foods and sugars, they’ll have a chocolate bar here, there, perhaps when one day, anything that way, maybe twice 1 day. So, two times a day you have sugar passing by your teeth. When you’re a raw fooder and consuming lots of fruit, you are having sugar pass by your teeth a dozen times a day. I will have a slice of fruit now. Have a piece of fresh fruit later. And, fruit’s so low calorie, you actually have more contact time with sugar on your teeth. And, it is ironic that an ordinary candy bar has a very limited ability to feed your cells because it has white sugar, it’s preservatives, there is very little nutrients in it, it is just absolute crap, and also you cannot sustain cellular life very well whatsoever. And, the bacteria that live under the gums of yours, when they get a chocolate bar, they can grow from that. However, they cannot grow almost also as they are able to from fruit sugar since fruit sugar is living, it is crucial, it’s enzymes, it’s life force. The water of fruits and vegetables is a low surface tension structured water which feeds the cells of ours phenomenally superior to a snack bar. That’s among the reasons raw foods and whole foods are very good for us. Bacteria under your tooth thrive on fruit sugar as hardly anything else as it’s more important for them, also. And, they get better.
Jameth:
Kevin: Right. Very important for us as well as them.
