Plan B: Stabilizing Blood sugar as well as Brain Chemicals On the Fly (And Staying away from Sugar!)

It’s dinnertime, and I’m flying home to San Francisco starting from a Houston business trip. The flight attendant is bringing around the service cart and I am intending to order… milk. I never drink milk products, so why now?

Let’s go back to how the day started. Fortunately, I had ordered oatmeal as well as eggs from room service. (This was a selection of years ago, before everyone became gluten phobic.) Breakfast showed up at 7:00; up to this point that good.

best diabetes supplementI was in Houston in January for purchase Glucofort here (www.courierherald.com) a meeting called by Sherry. The conference began at 10:00 a.m., to end at 1:00. The return flight of mine was at 2:30 p.m.

Sherry had promised us food. I ought to were suspicious, since Sherry and I previously had dinner in an airport, and hers was a plate of white-flour pasta and a plate of white rice. The only foods at the business meeting were donuts, Danish pastries, M&Ms, Halloween-size candy bars, soft drinks and coffee. No refreshments in my view, thank you.

At 1:00, a couple of us got into Sherry’s automobile so she could get us to the terminal. 6 hours with no food had left me hungry, plus I planned to get foods at the terminal. Unfortunately, unpredicted visitors as a result of an event in town slowed us to a crawl. It was not going to be possible to get food before my flight. Perhaps a package of raw almonds? Almost every airport newsstand offers those.

Effectively, time was so short I had to run to the gate. As I stepped on the airplane, they shut the door literally the instant I was on board. Then.

The flight could not take off for 60 minutes on account of some issue or maybe other. (Believe me, I’d stopped caring.) Even if we were cleared to go, we could not surge because the airplane today needed to be de iced. We sat on the tarmac for two more time.

So our 2:30 flight departed at 5:30. There was no supper service – it was a little while flight. A 2½-hour flight. After a 7:00 a.m. breakfast and nothing else, all I might possibly consider was foods.
