Dental Health
Last month, I’d my first dental check up in 18 months and I wanted to record my experience – a lot has changed in the last eighteen months, in terms of my lifestyle and diet. Thus , here is a report on my current dental health – the dental wellness of an individual whose life has changed significantly for the better.
When I went for the last dentistry check of mine up, I was smoking twenty cigarettes as morning, I was drinking sugar filled white wine, 6 8 pints of coffee 1 day, I was eating sweet sugary processed foods continuously and I ate a lot of jelly sweets. Like all great individuals though, I brushed the teeth of mine twice a day and swilled with mouthwash – this is enough right?

How Was My Dental Health 18 Months Ago
When I visited the dentist for a check up eighteen months before, the visit resulted in me having a filling as a cavity had worsened as well as needed refilling, I needed a scale as well as polish because my teeth were brown (from large amounts and nicotine of coffee), tartar had collected close to all of my teeth and also the dentist was thinking about capping yet another tooth. Bad right? There’s no hiding the life of yours from a dental professional – she knew I smoked, she knew I was drinking much more alcohol than I ought to have been, she knew about the coffee habit of mine and about the addiction of mine to sugar!! I was stunned. The toothpaste I was using, was the identical toothpaste that is widely available worldwide in a variety of grocery stores, and I did not usually buy the priciest toothpaste either.
It was just after this particular visit, I was informed by my medical practitioner which I was heading for a fatal heart attack unless my daily life made better and as soon as I met the medical mentor of mine and then started my journey into natural and organic life.
