Diet – Taboo of All Taboos
The name “diet” has turned out to be the taboo word in the English language. I don’t know how many times I’ve cringed every time I heard that awful word. People immediately think when they hear “diet” that it’s time to quit eating! Not true. I don’t believe in the name diet as it’s not about that. It is all about being in a position to eat what you’re looking for in moderation. You don’t need to eliminate all of the favorite foods in the everyday diet of yours. That is merely torture. A lot of people made millions on gimmick diets that just do not work since you wind up limiting yourself to meals you really don’t wish to eat all the time. An excellent diet involves eating what you want in common sense planning and moderation of your daily intake.
The human body adapts to common and all of us need to change it up every then and now. Let’s face it. None of us that way fiendish word “diet.” It is scary! I actually hate that word. I watch these talk shows and so they go into people’s houses and take everything out of their house that is supposedly not good. It may not be healthy however, you can still eat it however in moderation. You should never have to limit yourself on what you want to eat, but, rather, the amount you eat at a time. That is the key element! If you do not eat great meals, your stomach is going to shrink, along with, as a result, you’ll shed weight. It won’t take that much food the when you eat. Like I said, get to find out your very own body and after that go from there. Those moronic gimmicks will not help. It’s all about how the body of yours operates and nobody will be the same. Listen to your body and respond to it the way nature intended.

You crave certain foods because your body needs it. Just watch just how much you eat. Do not eat like it’s Thanksgiving at every meal. That will stretch the tummy of yours and the the next time eating it’ll take more to fill you up etc, and so on, etc etc etc… Next thing you know you are 100 lbs over weight.
The bottom line is you can eat whatever you like but have a little self discipline and know when you should take the fork from your mouth!! The reverse side of this particular coin is “EXERCISE”. Diet by itself will not get it done.
