* Cat pose – This pose gives your back a good stretch and helps to wind down your brain. Kneel documented on both hands and knees. As you inhale, look upwards and arch your back to a U shape. Hold for 10 breaths, then because you exhale, look downward and arch your back to an inverted U. Hold for 10 breaths. You can repeat the sequence a few times if you would like.
