Whilst at University in Scotland I set up my own meals festival, inviting start-ups and producers who labored with natural and local produce to get entangled. We started small but had an enormous vision and ended up with over 50 stalls. After college I travelled to San Francisco and witnessed the amazing food tech industry out there.
However, the meals-tech is also facing many issues and controversies. Some food-tech firms are partnering with service providers to reach clients. Do meals-tech corporations ensure constant high quality of meals? It’s a massive problem for meals-tech corporations to supply quality and tasty meals in a consistent manner. One of the largest challenges for eating places is building the neat and environment pleasant kitchen areas outdoors the restaurant. So understanding foodies’ preferences will determine the way forward for the Indian meals-tech ecosystem.
