Whilst at University in Scotland I set up my own meals festival, inviting start-ups and producers who labored with natural and local produce to get entangled. We started small but had an enormous vision and ended up with over 50 stalls. After college I travelled to San Francisco and witnessed the amazing food tech industry out there.

However, the meals-tech is also facing many issues and controversies. Some food-tech firms are partnering with service providers to reach clients.
