In 2009 I joined an all female gym. At this point in my life I used to be in school, working part time in a restaurant, and had no focus or passion for the gym. Trying back, I’m not really even sure why I joined this gym.
I ended up switching gyms and began doing Body Pump courses with a good friend of mine. Quickly, that merged to Body Step and Body Attack, and I essentially fell in love with the Les Mills classes.
